Russell Parker, a 40-year veteran senior marketing executive, has won hundreds of Addy Awards for innovative, profitable strategies across a multitude of media platforms. He’s led high-impact branding, strategic partnerships, and multi-million-dollar media buys, notably as media strategist for RFK Jr.’s presidential campaign and the MAHA Alliance, driving effective media buys in key swing states for President Trump’s election. Parker excels in brand stewardship, integrated marketing, and unique sponsorships, having represented the Florida Marlins, Panthers, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Alamo Rent A Car. As owner of Parker Reed, a media consultancy, he’s known for creative vision, entrepreneurial drive, and leading high-performing teams. He resides on the Emerald Coast in Florida’s panhandle with his wife Nancy.

Gary L. Foreman

Executive Producer of Show and Entertainment

Gary L. Foreman is an award-winning producer/director, writer, and photographer. He has created high level media productions for over thirty years and was chosen to help create the American Revolution series that started the History Channel programming in 1994. Gary has also expanded his visual works with his EPICArt ® murals for massive exterior and interior surfaces. His videos and murals are located at dozens of historic sites and buildings, museums, and National Parks. As owner and president of Natives Sun Productions LLC, he resides in Granbury, TX with his wife Laurie.

Timothy Lampros

Executive Producer of America’s Wall of Honor

Timothy Lampros is the artist and builder of America’s Wall of Honor and Patriot Thunder.

Tim is a Veteran of the United States Air Force. He served on the crash/fire/rescue team for the Columbia, Discovery and Challenger Space Shuttles. After serving his Country, Tim worked as a firefighter/paramedic; first in his home state of Illinois, then in Hollywood as a Set Medic and Safety Director. Tim worked on movies and TV productions including Titanic, Alien Resurrection, Con Air, Charlie’s Angels, X-Files, and many more.

Tim has reached the pinnacle of memorial design using stainless steel, glass and lighting, with never- before-experienced sound and visual story telling which leaves every viewer of the Memorial Wall with an overwhelming and unforgettable sense of reverence. He created his first fallen officer memorial art for a precinct of the LAPD, which created his notoriety as an artist that spread rapidly throughout Los Angeles, California and the West Coast.

In his spare time, Tim enjoys golf and anything on the water. He is a man of faith and loves his church.

Cynthia Newomb

Executive Director of
Venue Operations

Cynthia N. brings over 25 years of leadership in business development and project management to her role as Executive Director of Venue Operations for the America 250 Tour. She is responsible for coordinating national venue logistics, securing strategic event locations, and ensuring seamless execution across all 50 states for this historic, coast-to-coast celebration of America’s founding.

Her career spans senior roles in hospitality, manufacturing, and business development, where she launched multi-market expansions and oversaw customer-facing operations for high-growth companies. Known for her ability to streamline complex projects and build lasting partnerships, Cynthia excels at creating engaging environments that connect with local communities and deliver memorable experiences.

Cynthia lives in Delaware and enjoys collecting art, gardening, skiing, tennis and traveling with her rescue dog, Gigi.

Zachary Fletcher

Executive Tour Director / CMO

Raised in a military family, Zachary Fletcher’s love for America runs deep. With over 12 years of marketing experience – including leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies – he now directs the America 250 Tour, overseeing national marketing and operations for this historic, state-by-state celebration of our nation’s founding.

Inspired by his mother, Kimberly Fletcher, founder of Moms for America, Zachary joined the movement to uplift mothers and preserve America’s core values. He lives in Branson, Missouri, with his wife and two children, and is passionate about faith, freedom, and raising the next generation to love their country.

Donald Jarka

Chief Financial Officer America 250 Tour

Don Jarka is a dedicated professional with expertise in many areas of business with an emphasis on the finance and accounting areas. With a proven track record of success spanning 40 years, Don has worked across many industries including: restaurant equipment servicing, dental practice operations, publishing, plastics, wastewater treatment equipment, Christmas lights, and more. He has held many titles including CFO, Chief Administrative Officer, VP of Finance, M&A Integrations Specialist, Director of Facilities & Purchasing, Director of Corporate Development (diligence), and Controller. He has consistently delivered results in areas such as finance, accounting, integrations, facilities, purchasing, general management, human resources, logistics and more.

Don holds an MBA from Northern Illinois University and Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Illinois, Chicago.

Outside of work, Don is passionate about his faith and his Church and is committed to those Christian values. Don serves as Treasurer of the America’s Wall of Honor Foundation, a 501(c)3. He is an avid pickleball player and enjoys sports and the beach. Don is married to Tammie, his wife of 43 years, and has two successful grown boys.

Tony Griffith

Executive Tour Manager

Tony Griffith is an award-winning songwriter, producer, musician, and singer whose passion and talent have made him a trusted name in both the country and gospel music industries. As the owner of GFM Productions, a full-service recording studio and live production company, Tony has worked on numerous projects for many of the genre’s premier artists. His work spans studio recordings and live sound, with GFM Productions supporting events all across the United States and Canada.

Tony’s career highlights include performances at major venues such as Dollywood and Silver Dollar City, and television appearances on TBN, Daystar, RFD-TV, and the beloved Gaither Homecoming Series – a staple of Southern Gospel music television. His production expertise was recognized on a national level when he was submitted for a Grammy Award nomination by Mansion Entertainment in Nashville, TN, for his work on “Christmas with T. Graham Brown.”

In addition to his individual work, Tony is a key member of The Griffith Family, a nationally touring gospel group known for its heartfelt harmonies and uplifting message. The group has earned a dedicated following and has been featured on various major gospel music platforms.

Outside the studio and stage, Tony is a partner at Alabama Coach Leasing, a company specializing in entertainment coach rentals for artists on tour, offering high-quality and reliable transportation solutions to the music industry.

With a career rooted in faith, family, and a deep love for music, Tony Griffith continues to influence the sound and spirit of American gospel and country music – both behind the scenes and on the stage.

Sam Lawson

With a distinguished 30-year career in broadcast television at affiliates spanning coast to coast, Sam also served as a FOX Broadcasting affiliate promotion manager in Los Angeles, shaping marketing plans for 26 cities. Over the decades, he negotiated, purchased, and approved more than $45 million in advertising buys nationwide. Sam’s creative production work over the years earned an Emmy in 1997 along with numerous Addy Awards, Promax Awards, and the Nebraska Broadcaster’s Gold Award. Thirteen years ago, Sam founded Stardog Productions, a boutique production company based in Omaha, Nebraska. Today, Sam collaborates with Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, and Sony Music Entertainment to painstakingly restore and upscale classic music videos from the late ’70s through the early 2000s, while also producing social media content for the Douglas, Sarpy, and Saunders County (Nebraska) sheriff’s offices in partnership with the non-profit Hold The Line.

Outside the studio, Sam is an avid golfer who relishes early-morning tee times as much as late-night VR gaming marathons. A devoted collector of original 35mm theatrical film prints, he has a passion for vintage media along with a musical outlet as the keyboardist for Omaha’s The 70s Band. On Sundays, you’ll find Sam behind the camera – operating and directing the livestreamed services for his church, marrying his lifelong love of storytelling with community worship.

Degree in manufacturing, with secondary training in, lean manufacturing, 5-S, Dale Carnegie training and advanced manufacturing.

Enjoy spending time with my wife Pam, adult children and 3 grandchildren. Also enjoy serving at our local church and being in the great outdoors in our camper and on the fishing boat.

Steve, a native of Nebraska, has spent many years traveling most of the country as a manager for ultra large-scale construction projects. After a few decades of working for a commercial Company and having a strong entrepreneurial spirit he decided to settle down closer to his hometown and formed his own smaller construction company. He focused on remodeling homes and offices. Having a creative side Steve gravitated to working with wood making custom cabinets and furniture. Realizing his artistic capabilities Steve opened an Art Gallery in Ashland Nebraska where he began creating Jewelry pieces from copper and other metals.

Through a chance meeting in early 2024 Steve’s jewelry work caught the eye of the America’s Wall of Honor project. Steve was invited to be a part of the project as Master Jeweler taking the precious metal remnants from the making of the 9 Seals on the Wall and creating stunning wearable jewelry pieces. It is called “Wear the Wall” as a patriotic symbol.

Kris Kintzle

A native of Nebraska, Kris has focused her working career on managing logistics. She has been a senior operations and logistics manager for the Veterans Administration. Kris has put in for a 1 year leave of absence to the VA so she can provide her expertise and be a part of the 2026 tour.

Kris is a mother of 2 wonderful daughters and a grandmother as well.

Donica Hudson is an author, public speaker, and media personality with the heart of a storyteller, the mind of a strategist, and the soul of a truth-seeker. The core of Donica’s life’s work is education through covenant restoration. Her books – Pray America Great – and her soon-to-be-released Hope For Humanity (2026), Donica educates Americans about our nation’s founding and equips them with prayer strategies to revive America’s original civil covenants. Through these works, Donica is restoring the nation’s understanding of what a covenant truly means – both biblically and civically.

Donica and her husband, Todd, live in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. They are blessed with three wonderful children and a grandson who is on the way!

Together, Robert and Jaime have launched and led multiple large-scale, multi-state tours across America, including the Remnant Revolution “Fish & Net” Tour, covering 30 states in just eight months. Their leadership has been focused on organizing major initiatives such as the First Landing 1607 Project, Buck Up Relief Mission and the Remnant Revolution “Covenant” Tour.

As founders of Banners 4 Freedom Ministries, they’ve combined their exceptional graphic design talents and bold messaging to place truth on billboards from coast to coast. Their visionary leadership, logistical expertise, and creative storytelling continue to inspire and mobilize communities nationwide.

Robert and Jaime are passionate about equipping others, building networks of faith and freedom, and sharing their powerful testimony of God’s transformative work in their lives. They are most thankful and proud of their two boys, Elijah and Gunner, and enjoy fishing and hunting with their boys on their large Texas homestead.

Ron Smith brings four decades of advertising sales experience to the tour, both as a strategic account executive for a national direct mail company and also as an owner of his own marketing and direct mail agency.

Over the years, Ron sold more than $200 million in advertising and worked with some of the nation’s largest retailers including Lowes, Meijer, Kroger, Big Lots, GNC and regional grocer Giant Eagle.

In 2018, Ron started his own direct mail company in Ohio and Arizona and eventually blended that business into his wife’s fundraising business, which has now become one of the top fundraising firms in Arizona.  Nancy is also part of the Sponsorship team.

The Smith’s, who live in Scottsdale, are most proud of being parents to their six amazing children and grandparents to their two grandchildren, and both share a passion to keep the American spirit thriving for another 250 years!

Nancy Smith has a diverse background that stems from not only being a national track champion in college, to raising six beautiful children, and now helping with her two grandchildren.

After returning to Arizona in 2020, Nancy started her own fundraising business and over the past five years has grown it to one of the top firms in the state.  Together with her husband Ron, who is also on the Sponsorship team, the Smith’s have a vast network of connections throughout Arizona and nationally.

In the next phase, Nancy has turned her attention to what she describes as the “honor of a lifetime” in being able to help make the America 250 Tour a smashing success.

When not hanging with her kids and grandbabies, Nancy is involved in many community groups, her church and loves tending to her garden.

Nancy Smith has a diverse background that stems from not only being a national track champion in college, to raising six beautiful children, and now helping with her two grandchildren.

After returning to Arizona in 2020, Nancy started her own fundraising business and over the past five years has grown it to one of the top firms in the state.  Together with her husband Ron, who is also on the Sponsorship team, the Smith’s have a vast network of connections throughout Arizona and nationally.

In the next phase, Nancy has turned her attention to what she describes as the “honor of a lifetime” in being able to help make the America 250 Tour a smashing success.

When not hanging with her kids and grandbabies, Nancy is involved in many community groups, her church and loves tending to her garden.
